Combine two of your favorite classes into one and you get RowBarre. This class is a high energy/low impact, total body workout. You will experience cardio interval training on a WaterRower and strength training utilizing barre exercises. This class enables you to burn fat, tone muscle, and increase flexibility while having fun at the same time. All levels welcome.
